Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the product.

In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
